"content": "My expectation is the witholding of the documents was intended to stir suspicion while there are no actual incriminating direct evidence. Whoever refused to release the documents probably was using the redaction and secrecy as a tool to control the Overton window regarding people's perception of the power of government. I think we all know whoever planned the assassination would have never left a paper trail and nobody involved would have blown their cover.
