Dreamt I had a bunch of mosquito bites, but they got itchier and itchier and filled with pus.
I popped one and the pus came out carbonated with a small white worm in the center. They weren't mosquito bites. A fly had laid eggs in my skin.
I was on a mission now and popping them all. A friend who was seated nearby was freaking out and telling me to just get the fly medicine instead.
