"content": "nostr:npub1n9kpm5ymddevnmtla84z7rpsjt263lr8pzjhm79uwr6zwjnll2cq04pte3 nostr:npub1xnzg3a8h23wrg63ja3g3qhzp6e7vhkj78fr2pg5lr4h4kedp9pgq9xy6tc Hopefully. I haven't been tracking changes in Friendica since the beginning of the year since I got busy. They are on my instance which is still on 2023.04 because of an API regression in 2023.05. It has 4 CPUs and 8 GB of RAM. While the stats show that there are over 80 users on this system I would guess that the daily active users would be like 3-4 and concurrent users probably 1-2. Admittedly two of us, including me, are *very* active users. But I think that a server of this side should be able to accommodate 10-100x that many active users with much better performance. I know it won't be easy and people it is not for lack of trying over the years. I'm just saying that I'm not in the \"it's performant enough we don't need to worry about it\" camp more in the \"it's performant enough I can still use it\" camp. API performance is a whole other matter for many of the endpoints which I won't get into since until recently they weren't really exercised that much.",
