Most people think of an alarm clock that is small, round, plugs into a wall, and has a snooze alarm or looks like a cell phone. This alarm clock is not small, does not plug into a wall, and does not have a snooze alarm. The modern alarm clock has a pleasant sounding alarm. Not this one.

This clock is a hundred years old, the alarm is so irritating that it would wake the dead. Modern alarms are set by selecting the time of day both am and pm. This alarm is set by adjusting the dial located in the center of the face. Adjustments are made by setting the disk a certain number of hours ahead.
