Definitely yes. But I am curious how it should work in the real world, where the internet relies on UDP and TCP/IP.
What I unterstood is that the protocol is designed to run on layer 3/4 and not on top of it (like layer 5 - not to lose the overhead benefits).
To be able to connect to a remote node the whole infrastructure needs to support it!?
