I try to do "science time with daddy" with my kids at least once a week, where I explain some concept in the form of showing them a tool. Today I finally started explaining how cameras work. I don't think they absorbed f stops and all that just yet, but I think I planted a seed. The Mamiya RZ-67, being a gigantic SLR, is perfect for illustrating what different shutter speeds look like. I'll show them the wonders of looking at ground glass on a view camera next time. #BelieveInFilm
