https://www.ncdc.noaa.gov/cdo-web looking for historical weather data to contextualize the record-setting 3-day downpour that just happened in Santa Rosa. The site is unresponsive, and I wonder if that's because people are hitting it hard trying to rescue data from an expected assault on NOAA.
