Tried to do curls but dealing with some awkward wrist soreness...listened to my body and started squatting.
30 bodyweight squats with heels lifted as a warmup.
100 squats holding 50lbs (2x plates) with heels lifted.
30 ATG Split Squats (each leg, 60 reps total).
