Two roasted red peppers chopped up coarsely.
Roughly seven cloves of roasted garlic.
Six tablespoons olive oil.
Two tablespoons lemon juice.
Fat pinch of salt, fat pinch of black pepper.
Roast the veggies, throw everything in a blender, blend. That's it.
I usually try to let it sit for like a half an hour or more in a jar just to let the lake flavors mingle, but you can use it pretty much right away.
