Wasting my time waiting to have the child’s car get an emissions test before I can renew the registration. The state doesn’t reimburse places enough to make it worth their while to do them, so there are only a couple of places nearby that do them. I’ve been in line for 20 mins so far and moved up one spot in line. But at least I am saving the planet by idling my car for an hour.
