Agreed, but this is not the same as a typical corrupt bureaucrat.
Society has been harmed, and most people are now being disillusioned about his specific role in it.
It’s a blatant denial of justice on the largest of scales.
I don’t think it matters where he is. He will likely attract people who want to harm him now.
