i have mixed feelings about this approach, but the more i think about it, i can't think of a better way to eliminate logic/emotions/feelings.
and most of all nepotism

but it just feels "dumb" because if Elon's SSN is odd, it would be like "sorry, i know you're a star employee, you can't work here" .

also, what if the universe had some sort of equation for assigning numbers and it would make the employee structure full of a character trait that is as yet unidentified but could tilt the whole power structure along a certain bend... and 4 leaf clovers suddenly fill the fields.

and i feel like all the odd numbers would revolt and rampage across the planet
