Okay now that explains the budget. I always wonder why that was the case. I understand they are willing to pay extra since the style is out of scope but the amount was always throws me off.
Also how quickly they pay, normally people either pay the other half when its nearly done but for furries a sketch or a lineart update they pay in full immediately.
