Jack, I both agree and disagree. I agree that the biggest moves to be made right now aren't in 1st world country retail payments.
I don't believe this would require much effort or money to implement. It would also reward those who believe in Bitcoin the most by giving them a way to proliferate the bitcoin economy.
I strongly believe this is low hanging fruit, and you are the one equipped to do this.
