You’re missing the point. The reason these people don’t hire plumbers is because they don’t have the fucking money or connections to attract them. Their shit isn’t together. You start taking knowledge about things like statecraft seriously when you’re in a position to marshal thousands of men. You don’t take statecraft seriously when you’re struggling to come up with this month’s rent or whatever. If you do, you waste your time and your energy for no benefit. It’s a trap.
