He has no excuse to say he doesn't understand how releasing the information in the Wikileaks format works. People know how to read. It's the whole concept of open source. I'm also furious about the judiciary rick roll. If they were trying to say they were disappointed in the process and results. they didn't explain that. It appears like they are just mocking us and more importantly the victims.
