Uhh I think it's because of my relays. Maybe I have too many or too little.
Or I'm following the wrong ones. It's an issue mostly on web apps. My main app is amethyst because it has the least issues, but I used another one lately and noticed notifications that didn't show up in amethyst. Also search results.
