Fast forward to 2013 ish and we'd moved again to yet another part of England. I don't really recall how I remembered about ham radio, but I suspect it was Youtube or Twitter.

I found a club, did my foundation course and got the callsign M6RKE. In 2017 or so I did the intermediate course and got my current callsign of 2E0RKE.

Having my license has brought me a lot of joy and in one case, opened the door for me to do things I never thought possible 5/n
