I'm going to have to look into better ways to dump the database.
Actually, the thing that's fucking me is restoring the data and then adding the indexes so now all of that data has to be indexed.
It'd be much more efficient if I restored all of the schema and then loaded the data that way the data could get indexed while its loaded.
Why is that not the default order postgres writes a dump?
