Well... Yes. That's a small volume and a minisplit would have trouble keeping that small of a volume at your temperature efficiently. It would have to cycle on and off rather often unless you do some pre-conditioning and intentional ventilation.
I'm seeing more issues now. You will want to keep it at a higher humidity than what humans find particularly comfortable. A minisplit that is ruining correctly will pull too much water out of the air. You'll need something like a ducted system to add in a humidifier, but with that small of a volume, you'll need to extend the length of the ducting into and out of the tent (basically creating a mostly closed loop system) in order to control temperature and humidity well enough for your purposes.
And mold is going to be an issue on all the equipment.
