I finally joined the #thinkpad #linux crowd, technically I've been part of it for a few months, but I replaced a loaned X260 with a new X280 that's all mine, and I couldn't be happier. It was using the X260 that made me realize that 12.5" was honestly the sweetspot I used to think 14" was. I am not a fan of soldered memory, so I made sure to get the 16GB model, and I only intend on using Linux( #debian ) so I should be able to get a few years out of it.
