So the Federal shutdown has been avoided in the US & the bridging budget bill did not include the lifting of the debt ceiling demanded by the Court of the Tangerine Tyrant.... is this first indication of the limits of Trump's likely power, or just an indication that until he actually has his feet under the desk in the Oval Office all the levers he will be pulling to exact his revenge are as yet unavailable to him?
