I do think it is a cherry. The plums flowered earlier and the cherries are flowering now. I think the leaf also looks more cherry, but honestly it is a bit hard for me to tell Prunus sp. apart.
Still, there are many varieties of flowering cherry, and I don’t know if I’ve heard of any with bronze leaves before.
