The problem is that businesses have the goal to externalise costs and maximise profit. Under such approach,, gov't bureaucracies inevitably grow because for these businesses to thrive, someone has to pick up these externalised costs. We see the same process now in this new gov't trying to externalise gov't costs. Unfortunately, being business minded, they give little thought as to who picks up these costs",
