Another 5 or so to go
I'm about 12 lbs overweight (18% BF), let myself go a bit between launching nodeless and being a complete degenerate in Miami.
Got that "skinny fat" look going 🤢🤮
Will start fixing that today.
6 weeks to get back down to a non-gross level of body fat.
I'm not shaming you if you're fat, but this is unacceptable for myself.
