I've consistently arisen around 7AM for many years. I think my body clock is stuck there, I used to get up for work at 7AM but now that I work remotely, I still get up at the same time. Now getting ready takes some work for me as I like to have a shower every morning but also have dry skin which takes a little time to fix, so I'm ready to go out the door in about an hour and a half. Also when you get old things go wonky (don't talk to me about eyebrows!) and may need fixing.
