Today the Federal Court of Australia will be hearing the amusingly titled "Tickle vs Giggle", where Mr Tickle is sueing the founder of the women only social media site "Giggle" (Ms Grover) on whether transexuals are allowed in women only spaces.
Mr Tickle, who goes by the alias Roxanne, was banned from the site after his profile pic raised suspicions he was not female.
