I have developed a bit of an obsession with retro gaming of late. It started with getting an Anbernic RG280V to play Pico8 games on, and potentially develop something. But I’ve been dragged down a hole with the wealth of ROMs available.
I’m now putting together a Pi gaming rig using RetroPi, ordered two USB gamepads etc.
The simplicity of a lot of the old games really appeals to me, along with great playability.
