You need an LN address. To have an LN address, you need an always-on lightning node. You can do this yourself if you have the ability, or use something like getalby.com, for example. Then you put your LN address into your nostr profile.
For dealing with your sats, you can use the getalby web interface, or connect a lightning wallet to it, such as Zeus.
