TIL: do not use QR code scanner apps. Or do good research before you do. There's a lot of scam ones out there. They'll return correct results most of the time, but randomly send you to a phishing site instead.
Learned after a customer reported that our QR code was sending them to a malicious site. Not us dude. Your janky QR app with the long list of obviously fake reviews.
