WKCR, the student radio station out of Columbia, reported a few minutes ago that the university president has requested NYPD stay on campus until 5/17 - two days after commencement. The student reporters had been mostly calm and collected even while reporting through the violent raids and arrests and were clearly very distressed by the idea of continued police presence on their campus, particularly after what they're seeing tonight.
