Nobody’s going to go through the recycling and pluck out the stuff that doesn’t belong so they just burn the whole thing.
I live in a mandatory recycling community, but I can’t get curbside recycling because I live in an apartment complex and they don’t do curbside for commercial properties. So I was driving it to the dump every week until they told me that I was wasting my time. plus I was getting sick of them coming to help me when I don’t need help and breathing all over me. so now I save time, gas money, and potential disease exposure by not doing it. I feel bad, but I’m not driving to the dump just so they can burn it with the trash when I have a dumpster right here.
