You should start out with something like cloud fodder (nprofile…wt7d) 's relay.tools relay. You can get it up and running really easily, and you can make some changes to who is allowed to write to it. Importantly, you can change those settings without having to spin up a whole new relay. I would love to see a web-of-trust option, though...
