As my mouth is absolutely on fire and delighted from my latest takeout from the local #Sichuan restaurant, I find myself wanting to learn #cooking in this style.

Anyone have English language YouTube channels or recipe books to recommend? They should assume I have access to Asian groceries, rather than trying to sub ingredients. I know of Souped Up, who seems to do a variety of styles. But no one else.
