I wake at 4:30 am most every morning and it is GLORIOUS the feeling of the world being asleep. The energy level of the world is so low and it feels so much more comfortable to exist in those hours. Then the world wakes up and the buzz and system takes hold and the quiet is gone. Doesn't help the highwauy is near so the traffic has a bit to play in that as well.
