Baked gf lemon squares from scratch. They need to firm up in the fridge a bit more but I couldn't wait any longer. Very lemony. Delicious. Photo is a lemon square on a white plate. Powdered sugar on top, a layer of lemon curd in the center with a shortbread bottom layer. Next time I'll add either lemon thyme or lemon balm to the shortbread. #Baker #food #GlutenFree
