FOSS used to be just Linux and GiMP and a few others . . . the masses really didn't care even if Linux ended up running the back end of everything they did because they weren't watching. I wasn't watching either.

Now . . . now the masses care and there's the difference (i.e. twitter today and MSSM generally melting down like lard in a pan).

This shit just accelerated and if we're not clutching our seats and clinching our assholes we are going to shit the bed enduring this onslaught of G-force.
