I'm not in a very good place those days. I'm feeling again like I'm living someone else's life. What's living my own life? I don't know. And it's not like I'm not trying to explore, to do new things (even if it's really super hard). But whatever the situation I put myself in, there is always a part of me asking : "Wait, what are *you* doing there?"
There are moments when I'm good. When I'm with lovers or friends, usually, or sometimes when I manage to deeply focus on some thing I like (which seems to be rarer and rarer those days). And it's not just a distraction, it feels like part of living my own life, but only a part.
Rachel Pollack writes: "Unless we truly believe that the process of self-discovery is a joyous one we will never follow it through". I understand this, I see the truth of it. But... how? How can I approach this lightly while it seems like the most important, urgent thing in my life?
