I want to say I read recently that men only release oxytocin when they have sex with the one they love. Women released it every time they had sex. That's one reason they think phrases like "you will learn to love him," because to some women, they did actually do. We have to love that specific woman. Also why they claimed men can have sex with other women and walk away. Don't remember where I was reading it, but it wasn't a 4chan or Reddit post, so it might be true.
