This time, I tried some just on top of a baked potato (with margarine, nutritional yeast, salt, and pepper) and it was excellent. It was a jalapeño hot sauce, which worked great with the cheesiness of the nutritional yeast.

I'm already figuring out some creative ways to try the hot sauces in my advent calendar! 😄
