Time for some Grandma therapy.
I asked if anyone would be interested in picking up a hot apple pie, and the very first person that saw my message said they were on the way.
I absolutely love it when my baked goodies are in demand.
This pie used up some apples that were calling to me all week. I'm happy they weren't spoiled while I was too busy to bake.
Lemon blueberry scones are in the freezer. Baking is the relaxed project I needed.
