I'm trying to see the opportunity in suffering from a sore throat virus that's keeping me from sleeping properly.

I can just about manage to re-adjust my life to accommodate it's needs for now without too much disruption (🤞).

But, oh my, I think most of society is not really set up for people to just be ill for a bit and let their bodies recover in peace.
