Yes, as we've seen, WoT is very good at identifying entities that are intentionally malicious (spam, scammers, fakes, etc.). It's not as good at discovery.
For instance, if there are two Vitor accounts and you aren't sure which one is the "real" one, you can use WoT to help you choose. If there are five seemingly-identical uploads of the same book, you can use WoT to pick the one with the best editing and formatting. And so on.
