Only by wealty entitled people who can't do simple maths, alas they are legion.
We have everything we need to move to a low GHG world,, we just prefer not to. Bicycle, electrified public transport, are easy low hanging fruit with massive impacts that don't make it worse for the poor, quite the opposite, make it better. Small (no bigger then 150SqM) very well insulated homes that don't need much energy at all, not McMansions with 20 heatpumps hanging off the side, which is all the blah blah blah we see in here.
