Beefsteak day is one of the most stressful days of the year for me.
It’s a hurricane of details in which a bunch of shit always goes wrong, coupled with an attempt to make delicious food on a live fire.
All for the soul purpose of cooking steaks for my friends.
It’s the most physically, mentally, and emotionally demanding 24 hrs of the year.

But do you know I wake up and do the next day?

I cook more steaks for my friends.

I consider this my greatest victory in life.
