Dry January... 3 years and 6 days for me. One of the best decisions i have ever made. It feels like living with xiit code. Getting rid of "brain fog" was the biggest for me (after +6 months).
Alcohol controlled too much... Healthy relationship or addiction?
My focus: Long-term well-being and personal growth. I have more control, more energy and a "sense of presence".
