Since starting #law school I have spent a lot of time thinking about how cost prohibitive the civil justice system is in the United States. What is even more disheartening is how much I learn the system tries to filter out and block cases from ever getting their day in court under the guise of "judicial efficiency."
I do not know much about #smartcontracts, but I think they show promise in creating alternatives for small value contracts to create their own justice.
