I'm 24 hours into fasting. Not the first time I'm doing it, but the first time in a while. Gonna go for 36 hours, until tomorrow morning.

I'm about to go sleep, after not eating since last night. Going to bed without dinner, that's the hardest part for me.

But I know that tomorrow morning it'll feel great and I'll be grateful that I didn't give in to the eating temptation.
