Yeah, CCA = Cold Cranking Amps (minimum amperage required)
You want to get something as large as the manufacturer reccomends. I've had shops put 675 CCA batteries in my old car that required 750 CCA.
The talk of wattage makes no sense. It should be what you calculated (I have no idea how anyone got 55W, it would be 55 Ω^-1 anyway), but that's never listed on the battery. It's usually amperage ratings in CA and CCA.
