:Cat: (nprofile…nk24) You would, yes. Your muscles get stronger as you work them. This is why people who have jobs which require a lot of lifting are often very strong/buff individuals, even the women (compared to other women who don’t do the physical exercise).
I can also confirm that if you don’t do exercise, your body will get weaker. I had an infection that ate away at my spine like, shoot, like over 10 years ago. I, naturally, had a hard time lifting things for a while. People would actively get mad at me if I lifted things (because they thought I was making the problem worse) after over a year of going to doctors who didn’t do jack shit. I got a decent doctor. Turns out, me not lifting things and actively avoiding physical exercise? That was making the problem worse. Once I got a gym membership and started going semi-regularly. I immediately noticed a huge difference in my pain. Which went from absolutely excruciating. Like it felt like I was actually being stabbed with each step I took. Like knives twisting on various parts of my spine. To suddenly not feeling much pain or any pain at all.
Take care of your body and it will take care of you.
